I have been training and coaching for more than a decade and although it may seem different now - I was once exactly at your spot. it wasn't easy for me to navigate through calisthenics at the beginning.
Calisthenics was challenging and extremely confusing. I didn't know how and what to train. I trained sporadically and it always ended with a plateau or an injury!
To this day, most people still train similarly with ZERO progress to show! What a WASTE.
